These terms apply to the features and free DIY tools, guides, walkthrough requests, and waitlist on getnorthpath.com. They do not sell a paid product or grant a platform licence.
By using this site you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the tools or forms.
The free tools
GetNorthPath offers these tools at no charge, with no account required:
Related free tools may also run at oinp.getnorthpath.com and docs.getnorthpath.com. We may change, pause, or stop a tool at any time.
What the tools are not
Results are estimates and study aids. They are not a decision from IRCC, a guarantee, or a complete check of your file. Confirm every requirement on the official IRCC site before you apply.
GetNorthPath is software and information, not a law firm and not a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). We do not represent you, file applications for you, or review your case as a licensed professional. If you need advice or representation, speak with a person who is licensed to do that work.
Walkthroughs and the waitlist
A walkthrough is product help: someone from GetNorthPath can show you how to use a free tool. It is not an immigration consultation and it is not legal advice.
Joining the waitlist asks us to email you about the AI Powered Immigration Ecosystem. It does not create an account or a paid subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Try to break, scrape, or overload the site or tools
- Use the tools to mislead IRCC or any other authority
- Copy the site or tools to sell as your own product
- Submit false contact details or harmful content in a form
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter and for any application you file. IRCC Ready Docs can help you look at files on your device. You still decide what to submit to IRCC.
Intellectual property
The GetNorthPath name, site design, and tool interfaces belong to GetNorthPath. You may use the tools for your own immigration planning. You may not copy them for a competing service.
Third-party sites
We link to IRCC and other official sources. Those sites have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
Liability
The tools and guides are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, GetNorthPath is not liable for decisions you make, applications you file, or outcomes at IRCC. Because the tools on this site are free, we do not charge a fee that would be refunded, and our total liability is limited as far as Ontario law permits.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date the current version took effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there. Courts in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law gives you a right you cannot waive.
