This statement covers getnorthpath.com: the features and free DIY tools, guides, and the walkthrough or waitlist form. It is about using the site, not about booking a paid consultation.
GetNorthPath wants people to be able to explore the features and free DIY tools and read the guides, including people who use a keyboard, screen reader, or other assistive technology.
What we aim for
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where it is practical on this site. That includes readable type, color contrast, labels on form fields, and headings that follow a logical order.
The free tools
The Eligibility Checker, CRS Calculator, OINP Calculator, PR Tracker, IRCC Ready Docs, and Processing Times tool should be usable with a keyboard. If a control is hard to reach, the help pages describe the same steps in writing, and you can book a free walkthrough for product help.
Some tools also live on oinp.getnorthpath.com and docs.getnorthpath.com. Those pages may not match this site in every detail. Tell us if a control there blocks you.
Known limits
- Older country and pathway guide pages may still have uneven heading order or contrast.
- Embedded maps, videos, or third-party fonts can be harder for some assistive tools.
- Charts or score results in a calculator may need the nearby text to make sense of the number.
We fix issues as we rebuild pages. This statement will change when the site changes.

We aim to reply within five business days. If you need an alternate format for a help article, ask in that email.
